Enterprise and service providers
Set delivery standards across sites and suppliers. Give managers oversight of progress, changes and evidence, with a clear basis for customer reporting and commercial approval.
A field service business answers for the work it delivers. It also has to pay its partners and get paid by its customers. We built FortyFive to help it manage both.
The work may pass through several businesses before an engineer arrives on site. Your commitment to the customer stays with you. You need to set the standard, know whether the work meets it and deal with anything that changes.
FortyFive gives the business managing delivery a way to carry those requirements through its teams and supply chain. Managers can follow progress, review evidence and account for the decisions behind the completed job.
When an invoice is waiting for a report, a sign-off or an explanation of extra work, someone has to go back and find it. The customer needs to know what they are paying for. The business or engineer who did the work needs the record accepted.
FortyFive keeps the agreed work, changes and completion evidence together, giving both sides a common basis for approval and payment.
We are building FortyFive | Pay on that operational record: connecting payment to accepted work, with factoring planned to help engineers receive funds sooner and businesses manage their payment terms. Factoring will be introduced through finance partners first, subject to eligibility and terms.
Between work done and work paid there is a gap. When the record of delivery is incomplete or disconnected, that gap shows up as five recurring costs. The first four are operational. The fifth is financial.
A return trip because an acceptance check was missed or the record was incomplete, not because the work was wrong. It adds travel, labour and another slot in the schedule.
A later fault raises questions about what was tested on site. Without a record made at the time, responsibility is argued rather than assessed.
The work order allowed four hours; the invoice shows six. The extra work may have been agreed, but the approval is hard to find, so billing becomes a negotiation.
The work is done and owed, but acceptance is incomplete. A valid invoice waits for review while wages and costs still fall due.
Even on a perfect job, money is tied up between done and paid: working capital, the financing to bridge the wait and the margin given up to it. Each of the other four adds days to this gap.
FortyFive tackles the first four by keeping the record and the work together: requirements set before the job, evidence captured on site, changes approved in context and acceptance connected to the invoice. The fifth is where a reliable delivery history can, over time, support working-capital services.
Payment services depend on the arrangements agreed for your business. Factoring and extended payment terms are planned, initially through finance partners and subject to eligibility and terms.
Our team has managed field service delivery, worked with engineers and answered to customers. We have dealt with jobs that change on site, reports that need checking and invoices waiting for evidence.
That experience shapes what we build: tools that help a manager see where to act, a partner understand what is expected and an engineer record the work without having to explain it all again later.

Manage the work you take on, the teams delivering it and the records your customers need. Keep your commitments to customers connected to what you expect from partners.
Understand the job before accepting it, raise issues with the responsible team and submit the evidence needed to review your work and support payment.

No. FortyFive runs standalone from the first job. You can start with one project or delivery team and connect ticketing and finance systems later if you need to.
Not yet. Factoring and extended payment terms are planned, initially through finance partners and subject to eligibility and terms. A clear delivery record can inform that assessment; it does not remove credit risk or guarantee finance.
No. Each customer's data is kept separate from every other customer's. Businesses that compete with each other can use FortyFive without seeing each other's jobs, rates or records.
