You may use the site to learn about FortyFive and contact us. Do not misuse it: do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code or scrape it in a way that burdens our systems.

Information on the site

The site describes FortyFive’s services and plans in general terms. It is not an offer and does not form part of any contract. Services described as planned, including payment, factoring and working-capital services, are not yet available, and when introduced will depend on eligibility, the arrangements agreed with your organisation and, where relevant, our finance partners. Product images marked as concept images are illustrative.

We try to keep the site accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is. Translations are provided for convenience; where a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies.

Intellectual property

The site, the FortyFive name and logo, and the content we publish belong to us or our licensors. You may view, download and share pages and publications for your own business purposes with attribution. You may not use our name or logo to suggest endorsement without our permission.
