Set the job up once, properly.
Create the job with its scope, site details, rates and acceptance criteria. Attach a runbook with the steps and checks the work must follow, and name who can approve changes and who will review completion.

Capture the evidence as the work happens.
On site, the engineer follows the runbook on their phone and captures what the job requires: photos, test results, readings, notes and sign-off, each stamped with time and location. Access problems and missing prerequisites are recorded when they happen.

Review the evidence against the requirement.
The authorised reviewer checks the evidence against the acceptance criteria and accepts the work or raises a specific exception. The record is tamper-evident: corrections are logged, never overwritten, so everyone can rely on it later.
